3.1 All prices are listed in INDIAN RUPPEES and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

5.1 Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

5.3 Refunds or replacements will be issued only after verification. 

5.4 Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch.
