Due to the nature of our products (personal care, Ayurvedic, and hygiene-related items), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• If you received free shipping, a nominal fee may be deducted from your refund. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Items not purchased directly from our website
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
• Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Order Cancellation

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method.

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
