Order Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Partners 

We ship using Shiprocket, which offers multiple courier partners (such as Delhivery, FedEx, Bluedart, and more) for the fastest and most reliable service 

You may select from standard, expedited, or express shipping options at checkout (availability may vary by location). 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping service selected. 

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for most pin codes within India. Express shipping options (where available) take 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote or difficult-to-reach locations. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can monitor your package at any time using our Track Order page or the Shiprocket dashboard. 

Shipment Confirmation & Damages 

Shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent after your order is dispatched. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. International ShippingCurrently, we only ship within India (or state if you offer international shipping and explain terms/countries served).

Additional Notes: 

Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate for smooth delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. 

Cash on delivery is available on select Indian pin-codes. 

Shipping charges of ₹50 for COD orders 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Pune by our courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order. 

For domestic – 5 to 14 business days. 

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday. 

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative, i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Ghar Soaps takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. 

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. 

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.
